How I got rid of my acne quickly, cheaply and easily.

TIPS
.Always Remove makeup correctly especially before sleeping.
.Keep it simple
.Don't fall for these crazy skincare systems
.Know what your sensitive or allergic too ( mines alcohol and charcoal)
.Change pillow case regularly
.Keep hair pulled back whilst sleeping.
.And the cream that cured my acne for less then £3

It's important you take care of your skin in general, obviously sleeping with makeup on will clog your pores and cause spots.

Cleansing your face to remove any dirt or oils is vital but keep it simple.
Use products that aren't harsh and remember your washing it away so it doesn't need to cost a fortune.
I recommend simple facial washes, amazing price and amazing at gently cleansing the skin.
Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser is another fave of mine, it not only removes makeup but leaves your skin feeling moisturised.

Toning and moisturising are all part of the process never use alcohol based toners, they irritate and dry out the skin, they made my acne worse.

Moisturise
Some acne can be because your skin is needing moisture. Even if you're oily you still need to moisturise. During the day I recommend using the simple light moisturiser. It's amazing stuff doesn't irritate sensitive skin, sinks into the skin and makes a great base for makeup without it sliding of your face.
At night I'd use something a lot more moisturising I like the bouncy mask from the body shop.

All these are standard things anyone should do, they help fight acne but the thing that cured my acne and that keeps it at bay is ......Panoxly cream. At first i used quinorderm 10 but I believe it's been discontinued, so I had to find something else. At first you will probably hate it, it will get worse before it gets better. Your skin will dry out and peel in areas, and my acne spots got larger, do not overuse, after a couple of weeks this will go as your skin adjusts and your acne will be gone TRUST ME.

Quinorderm 10 was sold in both superdrug and boots it was just under £3
Panoxly is available online if you look around you may find it cheaper.
At that price what's their to loose.
